Fees

Fees for SDA 2025 participants: 

• Until May 10, 2025: 200 € 
• May 11 - June 2, 2025: 250 € 

The fee includes the Book of Abstracts, lunches and coffee breaks for June 9 - 11 (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) and dinners for June 9 and June 10 (Monday and Tuesday). 

Fee for on-site participation at tutorial and software presentation (Monday, June 9):  50 € 

The fee includes lunch and a coffee break. The event will be organized in a hybrid way, on-site and online. Online events will be free of charge. 

Fees for accompanying person: 

• per lunch (June 9 - 11): 25 € 
• per dinner (June 9 - 10): 45 € 

Presentations will be included in the program only if the registration fee for the presenting author is paid before May 10, 2025.

The final version of the Book of Abstracts, available on the workshop website, will include only the abstracts of presented papers.

By the end of the workshop, participants will receive the signed and stamped proof of payment and the certificate of attendance at the registration desk.

Cancellation and refund: The registration fee (reduced by 30 € for administrative expenses) is refunded if participation is cancelled prior to June 2, 2025. No refund will be given for cancellations after that date under any circumstances.

Privacy Policy

​The personal data collected through SDA2025 workshop registration form will be used only for the management of the meeting and eliminated within one month after the event, except for the information necessary for the emission of invoices, which will be made available to the Faculty of Organization and Informatics and Croatian Mathematical Society and kept for the period legally required.

The communication of personal data is a legal and contractual obligation and is a necessary requirement, therefore, refusal to supply it makes the registration process and participation in the workshop impossible.

Please note that after your payment is completed, you need to forward your payment confirmation to sda2025@foi.hr in order to receive the confirmation e-mail and finalize your registration.
